Our school staff are always happy to help with admissions and a warm welcome awaits when you come to look round and meet us.
We have a 60 place nursery setting offering 30 places each morning and 30 places each afternoon session.
The universal 15 hour funding can be taken over 5 morning sessions, 5 afternoon sessions or 2½ days. NB: The latter option will incur a lunchtime session charge. The extended 30 hour entitlement is offered over 4½ days with the option of paying for the 10th session if it is required. Please refer to the charging policy for more information regarding cost.
Allocated sessions using the extended entitlement will need to be reconfirmed every term, which requires parent's to apply via HMRC and bring the unique 11 digit code to the school office to secure a 30 hour place. Please see the childcare choices website for more information regarding eligibility and guidance on how to claim this extended funding.
The Nursery Charging and Admissions policy can be found in the Policies section of our website.

We follow the LA admissions guidelines. The LA sets the number of admissions each year, with the approval of the governing body. Our published admission number (PAN) is currently 60 pupils. Where the number of children applying to start exceeds this limit, places are allocated in accordance with the LA criteria, as set out in their admissions documents. All admissions to The Federation of Holy Trinity CE Schools have to be approved by Harrogate Education Office prior to the child starting. Parents will need to complete a preference form for children seeking entry into reception.
When a child applies to join the school during the year, parents are welcome to come and visit us and meet with the Headteacher, who will be able to answer any questions you may have.
